Jump in, get muddy, give back and get set. Scouts ignore the butterflies and go for it; soon so will you.
Scouts are aged between 10½ and 14 years
We usually meet on Tuesdays from 19:00 to 21:00 at Cringleford Scout Hut
Subscription costs £35 per term, payable by direct debit though the Online Scout Manager system
You can buy your uniform either online or in person from the Norfolk Scout Shop.
There is no need to buy badges as these will be provided as you earn them. You can check where to put them on your uniform on the national Scouts website.
This is what we have coming-up over the next few weeks.
Tuesday, 24th June
7:00pm to 9:00pm
Group 1 will be kayaking. Meet at 7pm at Eaton Vale Car Park. Pick up will be 9pm at the car park. Scouts will need to wear a swim suit, wet suit or old clothes and trainers or wet shoes. NO crocs, flip flops or open toed sandals. Scouts will need a change of clothes and a towel. The scouts will be jumping in the river at the end of the session so will be getting wet.
Group 2 will be doing Jacobs Ladder Challenge. Meet at Eaton Vale Car Park at 7.15pm. Pick up will be 8.45pm. Scouts will need to wear long trousers, long sleeves and trainers or boots. NO crocs, flip flops or open toed sandals.
Tuesday, 1st July
7:00pm to 9:00pm

NO crocs, flip flops or open toed sandals. We have changed the younger group to Crate Stacking which will provide more accessible fun to this age group.
Tuesday, 8th July
7:00pm to 9:00pm
We will be building our fires in groups and preparing some food to cook over the fire. The scouts will be gutting and cooking fish, chocolate orange brownies baked on the fire in an orange wrapped in foil, sausages etc.
Tuesday, 15th July
7:00pm to 9:00pm
Last day of scout term so we will be having some fun and games along with a BBQ and Film Show of our year of Scouting activities. Parents and families are welcome and I will set up an event on online scout manager so that you can sign up and advise us of your dietary requirements. There will be no cost to you and we will cater for all. We will provide soft drinks but parents are welcome to bring their own drinks.
